How it works
Online counselling is an effective alternative to face-to-face counselling sessions. It has also proven to be as effective as being in the physical therapy room.
To benefit most from online counselling, you will need a good internet connection, and a private place where you won’t be disturbed.
I use Zoom for online counselling. If you are a bit nervous of online counselling, don’t hesitate to ring me and we can discuss how it may work for you. During a session, if there are technical issues, we can contact each other via mobile, and either try to rectify the situation, continue our session through whats app or phone, or re-schedule.
